These are the life stories of twelve Kytherians who with one exception made Brisbane their home. Most were born on the Island of Kythera. Some are connected in other ways: either by marriage, blood relationship, by attending the same school or by travelling to Australia on the same ship. Where possible, the nicknames or paratsouklis of each family, the names and birth dates of siblings and the names of parents and grandparents have been included. The stories in Twelve Kytherians their life stories have been arranged in the order of interview, beginning in 1987 through to 2015.
