About the Book
What does self-care mean? It certainly looks different for
everyone and can come in many forms. The heart of this short
workbook is to flip the script on self-care. Instead of referring to
it as “self-care” we will approach it as "self-stewardship” from a
Biblical body image perspective.
Our body is a temple to be taken care of, not an idol to be
worshiped.
Use this simple workbook to create
space for God to move in your heart and speak into your life.
Take your time on each page. There are no gold stars being
awarded for speed or perfectly colored pages. In fact, things
might get ugly on these pages. That is normal. Enjoy the process
and find joy in stewarding your body.
Your body is a gift. It is time we restore the lost temple.
