About the Book
Not for the faint hearted this book contains thirteen challenging piano pieces in different styles that will inspire the budding pianist, and stimulate the aspiring concert pianist.
The most popular of these pieces is entitled "Slightly Cuckoo" the meaning of which will be apparent when you hear the call of the European Cuckoo.
The pieces require a bravura approach, and phrasing and pedalling is minimal allowing the pianist full artistic interpretation in the performances.
