About the Creator
Tim LI
Hong Kong
Spending his early years in Australia, Tim settled back in his home town - Hong Kong in early 90’s as an architect and has practised in the private and public sectors for various commercial and public developments in Hong Kong and China over the years. Tim made his first sculpture with a broken gas heater at his father garage at the age of 12. His interest in contemporary public art practices has led him into the doctoral study on the subject. He has participated in various exhibitions including the Venice Biennale and Gwangju Biennale. One of his sculptures is on permanent display at the Kowloon Park, HK. His painting/photography works have been collected by Deutsche Bank, HK heritage museum and private collectors.
