About the Book
This 8 week Health Log is to help all those lovely ladies out there who struggle to track multiple aspects of the PCOS life and the symptoms that come along with it. This health log includes: my journey, tips and tricks, words from a registered health coach (Letisha Bates). A body measurements and weight loss tracker for those seeking to lose weight. Weekly reflection based on self care, meal prep and shopping list, seed cycling and a symptom tracker. Lastly the main part is the health log that includes: food diary, water intake, hours of sleep, mood, mental health, exercise time and self care time for each day of the 8 weeks. Hopefully this health log will inspire you to carry on and find your PCOS journey.
