About the Book
A poky little log cabin in a Swedish forest outside a small town called Bollnas, three hours north of Stockholm. The cabin typically a Falu Rudfarg (red), dusted with snow and ice, overlooked a beautiful frozen lake. The cabin not set for winter living was quite cold and the fateful plumbing had already frozen over. A fire warmed the frigid (and virgin) canvas and a Merlot warmed the bitter cockles of the Australian Artist. This was the studio for James Roseler as he painted his “Swedish exhibition” (Drunk on Falu Röd) over a 3 month stay in Scandinavia.
