About the Book
This Maine author stepped back in time and wrote about a few of her childhood memories growing up as "Rugged Little Shit" in the central part of Maine. This is the first of a few books about her life starting with some of her earliest memories - family tragedies, being scared of the moon, floating down a stream on an old gas tank with her identical twin sister, learning a family member slept in a coffin, and about how she grew up respecting nature, eating wild edibles, etc. are just some of the stories you’ll read. Though this book has some somber moments, the rest are full of humor, adventure, and hardships along the way that helped to create the woman she is today.
