During the pandemic lockdown, Monica Perez Vega found solace in the stillness of trees and began to paint them. This book contains 18 watercolour paintings of the trees that mark the movements and moments that have shaped the artist's life thus far. Monica Perez Vega is an artist originally from California, but has lived in Montreal, Amsterdam, London and currently Birmingham, UK. She has a BFA from the California College of the Arts and an MFA from the Slade School of Fine Art.
