Gathered in this zine is the writing and artwork created by participants of DSTL Arts’s Conchas y Café creative writing classes for adults. Through poetry and short fiction, drawings and photo composition, these workshops empower participants as the artists they are, helping them develop new skills in storytelling.

The theme for Conchas y Café Zine; Volume 6, Issue 3: UNIdos is “Unity.” Through poetry and writings that explore the concept of “Unity,” our writers explore the essence of being human, that which makes us both unique and the same. From explorations in Activism, Pluralism, Dualism, and more, we gather here a testament to the oneness of existing on our Earth.
