About the Book
Inspired by the famous cook Julia Child and based on my travel experiences where I found myself appreciating regional food preparation traditions, customs and ingredients; I decided to create my own cookbook based on my love of cooking gourmet meals and using fresh ingredients.
Volume 1 of my three magazine style cookbooks includes everything from Paris’s steamed mussels, South Korea’s ginseng soup, and Chicago’s stuffed shrimp. The photographs are my own, or were taken by my son Bryan.
