About the Book
Mohammad Naser Khan, known as Naser Khan, is the son of Solat al-Dawla Qashqai. During the reign of Reza Shah and from the beginning of the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah until the coup d’état of 1332, "Ilkhan" was a Qashqai Turkic tribe in southern Iran. Also in Pahlavi era, he was elected to the National Assembly for several terms in the elections. The important events of his life can be divided into four parts:
1. Political activities with his father Solat al-Dawlah, lasted for fourteen years until 1311. During this period, he became the great Qashqai tribe for the first time by the order of Dr. Mossadegh, the governor of Fars.
2. Reza Shah's era: Reza Shah's rule is a period in which all regional powers in Iran, including the Qashqai Ilkhan, lost their power and long position in the country. During this period, Reza Shah disarmed and settled the nomads and handed over the management of the tribe to his soldiers.
3. The era of fame and authority in political work (1332-1332): After the Allied invasion of Iran and the removal of Reza Shah, Naser Khan escaped from house arrest and returned to Fars and the Qashqai tribe., Naser Khan was in a bloody conflict called the Semirom War, he faced the Iranian army.
4. FINAL end: Nasser Khan and his brothers were in exile away from Iran for many years. By the Islamic Revolution in 1978. He and his brother Khosrow Khan returned to Iran in February 1978 after 25 years away from the country. But soon Qashqai brothers' relations with the government of the time became strained and eventually led to a military conflict between them, after which Nasser Khan fled Iran and his brother Khosrow Qashqai was arrested and executed. Therefore, the last blow to the Qashqai family became very heavy and irreparable.
Thus, the period of Nasser Khan's political activity, which lasted for more than half a century, ended in 1982, and his dynasty, which dominated the Qashqai tribe for more than three centuries, entered history.
