Sidewinder attempts to illustrate our blind spots, the sorrow needing a collective non-divisive creative intelligence to resolve. The Restrictions and reactions in communal habits interacting within distortions throughout a neurotic plethora of hidden conformities are also present in the other two parts that make up this narrative, The Glitch, a 36-line statement in blank verse and the 36-image Assemblage.

SIDEWINDER Guernica a sequel 2021, a sculpture made of three discarded objects, is intended to represent in minimalist form the active ruthlessness that continues in so many mutations throughout contemporary design and construction. Any similarity to a trophy or award statuette is intentional. No comparison is intended with Picasso’s Guernica, other than the use of its narrative structure and point of view.
