About the Book
Loss surrounds us everywhere, whether it be the loss of feelings for someone, the loss of an important object, or the loss of a family member. When reflecting on the different types of loss that Cecilia had experienced, she decided to ask her family members if they could write a letter to someone or something that they'd lost and mail them to her. She then put the letters and their envelopes into an empty, old, family album, and added ephemera related to each letter. This book is a scanned and edited version of the one original, interactive, book. The book is also acompanied by a video for each letter, which can be accessed through Cecilia's website or by scanning the QR codes in the physical book (on each envelope over the stamp).
