Allyson McDuffie graduated from Ohio university, Athens, with a BFA in Studio Art (1986) and a MFA in Printmaking (1988). Her new work of digital drawings contain subject matter from childhood – the objects, animals, people and places near her hometown in Ohio. Some incorporate sub-themes on consumerism, cultural debris, poverty, loss, memory recall, dementia, societal “norms”, and queer identity.
