These images are a few milliseconds of a total sunrise or sunset, and fall extremely short of capturing the true beauty of some of God’s most awesome and exquisite creations. I cannot thank the Lord enough for starting and ending days in such a magnificent way. I simply am not capable of capturing their true beauty.



The Blanco Verde Ranch, located in the heart of the Texas hill country, offers residents, tourists and visitors a variety of recreational activities. Fishing, photography, equestrian events and creating art are all popular.



All of the enclosed sunrises and sunsets were taken at the Blanco Verde Ranch, which consists of approximately seven hundred sixty-eight acres in Burnet County, Texas. The majority of images in this book are hand-held digital images; however, a few have been scanned from film.
