About the Book
The purpose of this recipe book is to share healthy meals that I incorporate into my daily routine. I am a registered nurse that works 10 hour shifts at a level 1 trauma center. My goal is to help people that also work full-time realize that they too, can live a healthy lifestyle without interrupting their daily routine.
