About the Book
I have often wondered how different my life would be if I had not been such a vivid dreamer discovering the power of poetry when I was so young. Everyone deals with death and grief so differently and I have always felt it important to share with others the way I deal with it. So many people talk about moving on and letting go, but some people in your life are too important not to remember and a part of you never lets them go!
This book contains a selection of poems written between the years 1978 and 2022, a brief glimpse into the journey of forty four years practicing poetry therapy.
