About the Creator
Her artwork transverses a range of mediums resulting in pieces that can be described as fine art or fine craft; her interest varies making her artwork diverse. art includes digital (In 2017 she created a 48 poster timeline depicting Canadian lives lost in the Afghanistan Conflict), painting (In 2019 she completed a large series of murals for the Corner Brook Plaza), drawing (In 2016 she had “Colouring the Rock with Jackie”, a colouring book for adults, published by Flanker Press), rug hooking (She was named rug hookers of the Year in 2019 for the Hooked Rug Museum of North America), sculpture (She completed her third Public Piano for Business and Arts NL), and book making. In 2020-2022 she completed a book for the Botwood Mural Arts Society, in 2022 an art book for Dr. Clayton Hann and a book for the Newfoundland and Labrador Rug Hooking Guild.
