About the Book
Geoglyphs are slightly mysterious ground features thought to be left by ancient Native Americans. There are many scattered near the lower Gila River in Arizona. This book contains photos of these structures as well as petroglyphs and other interesting things passed along the way while walking many miles through this area. The author provides some context and comments on the natural settings and diversity of scenes, and emphasizes the beauty and wonder of what ancient people left behind that we can still find today.
