About the Book
Edible Landscapes is a collection of macro images of various fruits, vegetables and herbs that emphasize their textures and shapes, conveying a sense of otherworldly landscapes -- alien, yet familiar, and of course edible. The images are shot in lush colours to serve as a visual feast for the eyes.
This photographic book presents another way of looking at the food we eat, that it invites viewers to pause and consider the different colours and textures associated with food.
