About the Book
Dancing to the Rhythm of the Universe opens with life altering events and soul searing images of the Covid 19 pandemic, quickly followed by recognition of systemic racism worldwide. This book became a ‘pandemic issue’ and at times I questioned the appropriateness of the title. But as time passed, I realized “Dancing to the Rhythm of the Universe” was exactly what I was being invited to do … just not in the way I expected! This time of isolation (social distancing) and deep solitude have opened the door to not only pain and loneliness, but also unprecedented opportunities: to challenging my certitudes, assumptions, to examine beliefs and to transform my life style.
