Life of John Harris Wyly as well as the lives of his parents, James Rutherford Wyly and Sarah Hawkins Clark, and his wife, Mary Henrietta Parks. John H Wyly grew up in Clarkesville GA, where he was a lawyer and a state assemblyman for two years during the Civil War. He and Mary moved to Reynoldstown, then outside of Atlanta, where they lived out their days.
