The book includes our memories of twenty-four restaurants in Southwest France, which we have visited between 1998 and 2019. Eleven of these are Michelin-starred restaurants, including one with three stars. All these twenty-four restaurants bring us great memories, and we certainly would like to go back to each of them in the future.
