About the Book
The human being is at the centre of his personal work. Portraits and female nudes are his favourite subjects, and the search for a purely instinctive aesthetic guides him. Entitling this publication 'Muses' was an obvious choice, as his various wonderful models have been such a source of inspiration. Having traveled extensively in Asia, Buddhism and its concept of impermanence may have influenced the way he perceives the world around him. He attempts to convey, through his work, the complexity of human nature, the fragility and mystery of our existence, and ephemeral beauty.
