About the Book
Clarence Park Baptist Church has been a centre of Christian witness, and service in the southern part of Weston-super-Mare since 1900.
From its early beginnings in a corrugated iron ‘Tin Chapel’ on Whitecross Road through to the congregation still meeting today in Walliscote Road, Ray Green charts the history of this Baptist fellowship from its formation, through to 2008.
Presenting a glimpse into the character of those who served the Church and its people down through the years against a backdrop of a changing society as it continues to seek to bring people to Jesus, and together grow a relationship with God and each other as they serve the community.
