About the Book
These photographs have been taken during four travels to explore North Vietnam, in 2010 and 2011 by Huy Anh Nguyen, a professional photographer based in Paris and of vietnamese origin.
The Ha Giang province has been allowed to travellers only in 2010 and is famous for their numerous ethnic groups : Hmong, Tây, Dzao, Lô Lô... and their sunday markets full of colours where people come by foot from the villages around.
Others places include: Ba Bể lake, Tam Coc in Ninh Binh province and Ha Long bay.
