All photographs were made on trips made between 2017-2023 in Sicily, Italy,
mainly in the City of Catania, around and on Mount Etna, in the Campagna
and along the coasts of three seas.

These photographs are an atmospheric narrative that hints at the risks of our society’s current path.
Against the bland backdrop of environmental decline these photographs show the struggle between nature, landscape and humanity's -often destructive- conduct.
