About the Book
RHBPC worked with Birchwood Properties to provide new office space for U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in South Burlington. The development team was awarded the project after a competitive bid / design review process. The program consisted of leasable floor space consisting of approximately 26,639 SF, including 24,650 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The resulting project is designed to meet LEED-NC Silver Certification.



The completed building, now occupied by GSA, represents the high-quality design and customer service that is the hallmark of work completed by RHBPC.
