About the Creator
Jessica Alderman is an grant winning international photographer. Specializing in both documentary and fine art photography, she has traveled across the United States and around the globe dedicated to providing a resource for non-profit organizations to communicate their cause. The author of three published books and three short documentary films, Jessica's work ranges from nature and landscapes to midwives in areas of conflict. Jessica is striving to bring together her two passions for healthcare and documentary photography. While in college she received a grant to go to Kenya to do a photographic comparison of The public health system at the Nakuru Provincial Hospital. Currently Jessica is attending Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to obtain a Master's in Public Health to bring a new level of understanding to the field of documentary photography. Jessica is available for contract and her work is for sale upon request.
