The pictures in this album are made during two summer trips, in 2023 and 2024. Both departing from Murighiol village. Here, in the Danube Delta, people and nature alike have their own rhythm of life, which seems unaltered by time. The marks of modern technology have only scratched the surface. Beneath it, life continues unhindered like it did eons ago. And the moment you sail away on the myriads of lakes, canals, bogs and swamps that form the natural wonder which is the Danube Delta, you will come to the conclusion that life will simply do the very same, for the eons to come.

I have worked in the media industry for more than 20 years. I became extremely fluent in Macintosh platform and Adobe specific apps: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. And so, I dare to call myself a magazine and newspaper expert. :) In am also a contributor for micro-stock photography websites: dreamstime, shutterstock adobe photos and istock So, what started as a hobby turned really quick into a full time occupation. And a pleasant one indeed. I have thousands of approved photos, and the numbers keep adding :) I have two kids, a boy an a girl, I'm an Apple and Olympus fan (now OM Systems), a declared workaholic and a travel enthusiast.
