About the Creator
Sheona Hamilton-Grant
Bonn, Germany
Sheona Hamilton-Grant is a Scots born graphite artist who works exclusively in black and white creating photorealist works of domestic animals and their interaction with humans. For her, the power of the pencil is its simplicity, and it's effectiveness as a vehicle for applying the philisophy less is more. Her studies are collected throughout Europe and can be found in numerous private, public and corporate collections such as the Westphalian Horse Museum in Muenster, Germany. The German National Equestrian Federation and Olympic Equestrian Committee (FN/DOKR) and the Westphalian National Stud (NRW Landgestuet).
