I was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.I left Brazil 12 years ago when I moved to England. After 4 years living in Manchester, my husband, daughter, and I moved to California. We are currently living in El Paso. I have a degree in Fine Arts and also in Cinema at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. My family consists of excellent cooks, and I hope to share our recipes to the world. My mother is the primary basis of our cooking environment, therefore, this book consists of my mother's best recipes.
