The Agave Landscape and Ancient Industrial facilities of Tequila were named in 2006 as a World Heritage Site by The UN Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (UNESCO).
This book is intended to leave a lasting graphic testimony of the Agave Landscape and the process of Jima, with photographs taken in the year in which Mexico celebrates the centenary of the Revolution and the bicentennial of its independence.
