About the Book
Aubrey is in her computer class at school when she begins having technical difficulties with her headset, while practicing for the state test. Because she isn't listening when the teacher gives the password to enter the program, she randomly clicks different buttons. Suddenly, something goes terribly wrong!
Unbelievably, Aubrey is abruptly pulled into the computer, and that’s when her virtual adventures begin.
Aubrey wanders through all kinds of virtual environments as she searches for a way out of the computer. She gets lost in Microtype Word, has fun in Picasso Paint, and discovers the answer key for the state test.
But, will Aubrey finally figure out a way back into reality?

I am eleven years old and love to read and write books. My dream is to become a writer. The first book I published through blurb was The Day the Computer Swallowed Aubrey. I wrote it with my good friend Angeline when I was in third grade and our illustrator was Cassandra, a 5th grader at the time from our school. I am looking forward to using blurb for my stories in the future!
