About the Book
I began my photographic life in Forest Lawn cemetery in Buffalo, New York. Here I fell in love with both photography as well as a love for the hallowed grounds of humanity.
I have been collecting images ever since and have compiled them with an intention to share in a genre I find somewhat limited in discourse. The images compiled here are taken over about fifteen years with varying degrees in quality as they have been taken with; a panoramic toy camera, 110 film camera, 35 mm film, digital, digital slr,
HDR digital.
Rather then capturing the perfect still I have always been more concerned with capturing the essence of the feeling of whatever burial ground I have visited. I hope you enjoy this compilation!
