About the Book
A Stitch in time” is an analogue that I have heard on a few occasions in my life. What if time was stitched? What if creation was delicately sewn into existence with a needle and thread? In this installation entitled “The Sea, The Surge and The Seamstress: A Story About Salt and Morning Light” I wish to create small parts of this world with the characters of a smoky fisherman and one of the seamstresses by the name of Astoria who is the embodiment of morning light. The fisherman is eternally seeking and hoping to find . Astoria spreads hope and joy like seeds and brings dawn into day. With this series, I hope you find The window warmth that feels like home in this house on a hill. I hope for you to experience a world where the origin of color is evinced. I hope you walk away weaving breath-giving thoughts into life’s every scene.

Hi folks:) My name is Samantha Joelle Honey Lamb. I live on a lovely light-filled farm in the wheat country of Oklahoma. That is where I create my artwork and tend to my vegetable Gardens (along with the help of my dog Harold and many meadow creatures ..including gnomes who like my baking) I adore making books and my mind will not waver from the concept of creating series of captures. earlybirdacres@gmail.com
