About the Book
This is a book about the corner of France in which we live, and the food that we cook and eat. Roger Stowell has been a professional photographer for more than 30 years. After a long career in London he and his wife, Jenny, moved to live permanently in France.
During his career in London, Roger worked with most of the major magazines such as Elle, Marie Claire, Red, Olive, Tatler and the colour supplements of the Sunday Times, Observer and Telegraph. He also worked with many of the main advertising agencies with clients such as Nestle, Masterfood, Kellogs, De Beers, Sainsbury, Boots and many more. He also directed TV commercials.

I have been a professional editorial and advertising photographer since 1968. I spent my career based in London (UK) until I moved to France in 2001. I specialised in food photography in 1985. During the 90's I directed many food TV commercials with Julian Seddon Films.
