About the Book
This is a collection of photographs by the author that looks at abstract photography. The book explores how the human mind re-interprets what the eyes see and tries to make sense of an abstract image.
An abstract image is a photo where clues to what it is have been removed by focusing on just part of an object, photographing it from an different angle that may distort the object, photos of objects in unusual light or color, or out of context from other objects or a scene.
These photos capture abstract images of light and color, textures, patterns, changing scales, and non-contextual scenes.
