About the Creator
David Cook

David's travels cover more than 25 countries, including the United States, Iceland, most of the EU, Britain, as well as Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Kyrgyz, Mexico, Greater China and Russia. To capture the sights and memories of many journeys across the globe, David turned to the visual arts, a field in which he explores and uses painting with acrylics and photography as important creative channels. In 1994, he received a citation from the Governor General of Canada, and was awarded the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canadian Confederation, in recognition of significant contributions to Canada.
