About the Book
Most of my recipes use very little salt if any. I also have home-made jams which use way less sugar than normal jam recipes, so that diabetics can enjoy them too.
Above all my favorite recipe are my Croquettes.

I was born in Amsterdam Holland and immgrated to Canada when I was 41/2 years old. I am proud to be Canadian. I am a Hair stylist. I also paint in oil media and studied the old masters and I'm working on a large wall size in oil, "The Hippoputomus Hunt" originally done by Peter Paul Rubens. Sewing and Fashion Modeling were some of my other attributes I love to write short children stories, and most of all music singing keeps me in tune.Family is very important to me. I also have Management abilities and managed several stores in Retail before I went into hairdressing.
