Per the request of the founder & lead guitarist of the band David Cook was a member of immediately prior to his participation in American Idol, this version of "This Loud Life" has been edited to remove any images of and references to said guitarist and his band. To that end, the book is 4 pages shorter and contains 9 fewer pictures.



"This Loud Life" is a book of photos of David Cook and his band, The Anthemic, taken between February 2010 and December 2011 and encompasses concerts, charity events, CD Release events and 5 shows from "This Loud Tour." The book is being used to help raise money to benefit David Cook's favorite charity, Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure and to that end, a $10.00 donation has been added to the cost of each book (except for the iPad/Iphone Version, which only has a $5.00 donation added to the cost). That money will be donated to David's Crowdrise fundraiser for the Honda LA Marathon which benefits Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure and to Team David Cook and the Race for Hope DC.
