Bone Beads is a collection of 108 original tanka poems written between 01 January and 08 September 2011, taking inspiration and guidance from the 'shasei' (sketches from life) style advocated by Shiki Masaoka (1867-1902) and the diaristic style of Miyazawa Kenji (1896-1933).
