About the Book
With an ever-increasing focus being placed on the selection, management and development of internal talent, organisations are continually refining their selection systems, and improving the skills of those on selection panels. These refinements will also assist in the selection of external talent.
With this in mind, we are pleased to provide this guide as a reference against which to evaluate your own selection systems (or set up new systems), especially the interview component. With constant review and change a necessity for all businesses to maintain competitive advantage, both business and HR leaders can also use this as a guide for continuous system improvement.
