About the Book
In this book I tried to tell as accurate as possible the story of my family, at least the first part of it. If I am lucky enough I’ll continue to tell my story starting from my birth to nowadays.
I know that big part of this book is based on logical thinking and most probable outcomes of different events.
I hope I never stretched the truth maliciously, although in some places I suggest my own vision of the events.
Saint-Petersburg in old Russia, cossacks' lullaby, private heroes of the Great War, routine winters of snowy siege - those are stories from my book.
