About the Book
leading or desiring to lead small groups. The purpose of the guide is to help the facilitator
get the most out of the material as possible by bringing addition insight.
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the
ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ,
not counting men’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of
reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf; be reconciled to God.
2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-20
My heart and desire is to help better equip the body of Christ to minister to the broken in
heart and spirit. I pray for you (the facilitator) that as you read this material and facilitate
it to others, that the Lord Jesus will fill you up with His Holy Spirit and give you wisdom
and discernment. May God bless you as you reach out to others in His name. Remember,
above all things, have FUN! The Lord is with you

About the Creator
I was born in the small farm town of Auburn in Nebraska while my father was serving in World War II. He would not see me or my mother for three more years when the war was over. I married my husband, Dick in 1966. We moved to Omaha and had 2 sons, Dave and Duane. In 2005 my husband passed away. I have been a born again Christian since 1972. In 1991, God placed a call on my life that would change me forever - to minister to those who were wounded in heart, soul and spirit. Little did I know that I would also be facing my own brokenness and personal demons as I grew in my own faith and relationship with the Lord. In many ways, I still feel like I am just beginning. God has birthed in my heart and spirit a new way of ministering to others that involves my own journey of healing, the experiences of others in their personal walk, and the wisdom of God. We have a God who loves us and desires for us to be free and whole. There is always hope and a way out of every circumstance
