About the Creator
I was born in Brooklyn NY and have spent most of my adult life in Cambridge MA and Washington DC. During the day, I work hard as a health policy researcher where I've achieved some acclaim. When I'm not working, two of my passions are contemporary crafts and international travel where I often seek out unique objects. In some ill-defined way, my collections capture an essence of me that even I don’t really understand . For many years, I have been active in the contemporary craft community, mainly through collector support groups. This includes the James Renwick Alliance, the support group for the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and the Clay Studio in Philadelphia.
