In the Fall of 2012, we began to talk about taking a holiday in Spain during the winter of 2013. We had heard people talk enthusiastically about the Senior Tours trip to the Costa Del Sol, and we booked a four week Stay - Put holiday from March 11th to April 10th. The Costa del Sol is on the southern coast of Spain on the shores of the Mediterranean. Costa del Sol means Coast of the Sun, and this area boasts 320 days of sunshine every year, enabling the visitors to enjoy miles of sandy beaches in addition to the local colour.
