This book expands on the Empowered Healing Process in my other title "Living from the Inside Out". It is a psychospiritual approach to the healing of MIND. For each of the 7 levels of healing, the corresponding Mission, Task, Defences to release, and Viewpoint, are explained, with a strategy to release limitations, and reinforce strengths.
