About the Book
In August 2011 I’ve decided to cross Mali following the ancient road that through the river Niger connects Djenne to Timbuktu. It took me a month, many buses, couple of boats, few motorcylce’s ride and a camel.
This book is a visual tale of my trip, dedicated to the population that, in spite of their harsh conditions, apparently never seems to have a problem.
The sentence you hear the most, when you travel in Mali, is simply one: “pas des problemes”.
