About the Book
HOLOCAUST is a book of photographs of victims of the Nazi slaughter photographed in the Yad Vashem Israel Memorial Museum in Israel. The photographs are accompanied by poems written by the author during an earlier visit to Israel. The book is a tribute to the people and the spirit of Israel. A large portion of any profits from the sale of the book will be donated to causes that benefit the state of Israel. The author is the son of Jewish immigrants from Russia to the United States. The book is meant to raise awareness in Israel and abroad to the ever growing dangers in the Middle East. The author has been to Israel and the Middle East many times. He knows that Israel is surrounded by enemies who wish to destroy the state, including the Palestinians. Israel must remain strong and rely on no one except themselves and the IDF for her permanent security. Like many or all, I desire peace for Israel and peace in the Middle East, but never at the cost of freedom or dignity. Blessed are the peacemakers. Thrice blessed are those who strive for peace in the face of war.
